All bad ratings i read was caused of incomplete application and incorrect behavior, not from the agents behind rhe counter, they make a good and correct job. there are the complete instructions and requirements. So for all applicants - just read the instructions on the vfs homepage and the homepage of the countries embassy, you wanna visit. Of course this was the cause of waiting for the following applicants. Nothing? Not all was good: Applicants with half filled application forms, applicants without passport pics, applicants without copies of passport. 15 minutes at the counter and the application was competed and payed. All the employees was correct, but friendly and informative about all questions we had.
